Accessibility statement
This statement explains our accessibility target, the measures we have taken, known limitations and how to give feedback.
Last updated: 5 November 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Our commitment
We want the site to be usable by people with visual, motor, cognitive and auditory impairments, and by people using assistive technology. Accessibility is part of publishing technical information responsibly, not a separate project.
2. Target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for the English pages, and to apply the same principles to the Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese pages. Arabic pages use right-to-left layout and language attributes.
3. Measures taken
- Semantic HTML headings, lists, tables and landmarks.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus styles.
- Text contrast checked against the backgrounds used on the site.
- Descriptive alternative text for product and hero images.
- Language attributes on translated pages (`lang` and `dir`).
- No autoplaying media; no motion-dependent interaction.
- Forms avoided where a direct email or messaging route is simpler.
4. Known limitations
- Some product images are illustrative or AI-generated; their alt text describes the product, not label details.
- Technical tables may require horizontal scrolling on very small screens.
- Third-party sites we link to (including WhatsApp) have their own accessibility practices, which we do not control.
- Translated pages may contain text that is longer than the English equivalent; layout has been checked but not formally audited.
5. Feedback
If a page is difficult to use, or if you need information in a different format, email aaron@madeinchinapeptide.com with the subject "Accessibility" and the page address. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to provide a workable alternative or a fix within ten business days.
