Research peptides for distributors
We work with importers and regional distributors who resell to laboratories and research suppliers. The commercial model is built around repeatability and documentation.
What matters at distribution scale
| Requirement | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Consistent specification | Written spec annex; COA per lot against the same criteria |
| Volume pricing | Tiered per SKU; distributor terms after a track record |
| Documentation pack | COA, MSDS, invoice, packing list, origin on request |
| OEM / private label | Custom labels and boxes for qualified volumes |
| Second source | Parallel qualification lots before you need them |
The distributor trap
The most common mistake is qualifying a supplier during a crisis. A second source is insurance: it costs a sample order and some record review, and it protects the customer relationships you built on the first source. See second supplier qualification.
Commercial flow
- Share your SKU list, target volumes and destinations.
- We confirm availability, documentation and realistic lead times.
- Sample lots for your own incoming testing.
- Agree specification, tiers, payment and remedy in writing.
- Schedule repeat orders rather than one-off purchases.
Products commonly distributed
- Tirzepatide · Semaglutide · Retatrutide
- Research peptides — 40+ SKUs
- Cosmetic peptides — GHK-Cu, AHK-Cu, glutathione
Commercial due diligence before the first pallet
Ask for the business licence, bank account name and invoice entity. They must match. Review two consecutive lot COAs for the same SKU, not one. Confirm the documentation package that ships with each order, and agree what happens if a lot fails your incoming test: replacement, credit, or return, with a claim window and an evidence standard.
Lead times and stock
Standard formats usually ship in three to seven business days after payment; bulk and custom fills depend on the production schedule. We will not promise a date we cannot hold. If you need a standing buffer, tell us the monthly draw and the safety stock you want to carry — that conversation is more useful than a one-off quote.
Territory and brand protection
If you are building a regional brand, discuss territory and label ownership early. We can produce under your label, but we will not promise exclusivity for a territory unless it is written into the agreement. The label artwork and the batch records should have a named owner before the first production run.
What we expect from a distributor
Accurate destination information, a named technical contact, and a commitment to store and handle the material as labelled. We do not expect you to test every lot, but we do expect you to keep the batch records and to tell us when a customer reports a problem. That feedback loop is how a supply relationship improves instead of drifting.
