OEM and private label for brands
We work with brands that need a supplier able to produce, label, pack and document under their identity — without inventing claims the product cannot support.

| Vial format | 2/3/5/10 mL amber or clear, crimp or flip-off | By SKU |

The label rules we will not bend
- No therapeutic, dosing or human-use claims.
- "For laboratory research use only" on label and box.
- No fake certification marks or unverifiable standards.
- Batch number and expiry printed, not implied.
Process
- Brief: products, strengths, volumes, target markets.
- Compliance review of label claims and destination requirements.
- Artwork proof and sample approval.
- Production, fill, label, pack, QC release.
- Documentation pack and shipment.

Who owns the artwork and the records
Before production, agree in writing who owns the label artwork, who approves the proof, and who holds the batch records. We keep the production and QC records for the agreed retention period; you keep the approved artwork and the commercial documents. If the relationship ends, both sides should know what they can still access.
Minimum volumes and timelines
Private-label runs typically start at 500 units per SKU for labels and boxes, with vial formats depending on the fill. Artwork approval, production and QC usually take two to four weeks after the deposit, depending on the SKU and the packaging. These are planning figures, not guarantees; the written order confirmation states the date we will hold.
Claims review
We will not print therapeutic, dosing or human-use claims. The label must carry the research-use statement and a real batch number. If your market requires additional warnings or a named responsible person, tell us before artwork is approved — retrofitting a label after printing is the most expensive mistake in a private-label project.
Documentation that ships with each run
Each production run ships with a batch COA, the approved label proof reference, a packing list and the commercial invoice. Keep the proof reference with the batch records: if a customer questions a label, the approved proof is the evidence that the run matched the agreement.
