Documentation
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of analysis for each batch

Customs declarations
Shipments are declared accurately under the applicable commodity description. We do not under-declare value or misdescribe goods. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any import licence requirements.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to destinations where the products are prohibited, or where the buyer cannot demonstrate lawful import. Restricted lists are reviewed regularly and confirmed at quotation stage.
Buyer responsibilities
- Confirm the products may lawfully be imported into your country
- Provide an accurate delivery address and contact
- Clear customs and pay applicable duties
- Notify us of any seizure or hold within 48 hours
