Cosmetic peptide raw materials for formulators
We supply cosmetic peptide raw materials to formulators and brands that need a documented starting point — not a grade label and a hope.
What we supply
| Material | Key attributes to verify |
|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | Identity, peptide purity, copper content, colour range, counter-ion |
| AHK-Cu | Identity (AHK sequence, not GHK), copper content, colour |
| Glutathione | Reduced form (GSH), GSSG content, water, appearance |
Formulation questions we can answer
- Recommended pH window for the copper complex
- Counter-ion and its effect on mass and compatibility
- Colour range to expect at the intended concentration
- Packaging and storage recommendations
- Documentation available for your technical file
What we cannot answer is whether a raw material is compatible with your finished formula — that requires your compatibility testing. See GHK-Cu formulation notes and the cosmetic pillar.
Documentation package
Each lot can ship with a COA covering identity, purity, water and appearance; copper content where applicable; and an MSDS. Microbial testing is available on request with the method stated. If a supplier cannot tell you the method behind a microbial claim, treat the claim as unverified.
Start with a sample
For a new material, order a sample and run your compatibility matrix before committing to a bulk lot. The sample's COA batch number should match the shipment you later receive.
Documentation for your technical file
For each raw material, request the COA (identity, purity, water, appearance), the counter-ion statement, the MSDS and the storage recommendation. For copper peptides, add copper content; for glutathione, ask for the reduced-form assay and, where available, GSSG. Keep the batch number with the technical file so a future change can be traced.
A sample workflow that saves a batch
Order a sample, run a compatibility matrix in your own vehicle at the intended concentration, and record colour, clarity and pH at t=0 and after a defined hold. Only then commit to a bulk lot. A raw material that passes the certificate but fails the vehicle is a formulation result, not a supplier defect — and it is much cheaper to discover at sample scale.
What we can and cannot answer
We can answer questions about identity, purity, counter-ion, colour range, storage and packaging. We cannot tell you whether a material is compatible with your finished formula, or what claims your product can make. Those are formulator and regulatory decisions, and treating a supplier's opinion as approval is a risk no certificate can cover.
